Music

It's amazing how powerful music is. I don't think I fully realized it until this morning. I woke up late--got ready late--got to work late--stayed late--got to my next class late--got out late--was late for my next class--Basically, I've been late all day. It hasn't been a good day. HOWEVER, I was walking down the Promenade this morning, listening to my iPod and this beat came on. I've never heard the song before. It was catchy, it was upbeat. It made me smile like an idiot. People must've thought I was crazy. I didn't care. The song made me happy. I can't even remember what it was called and I can't find it now because this thing was on shuffle. It was just mind-boggling how much emotion music can bring out. And how quickly it can do it, too.
